Its GREAT its so much better than chasing pills all day. The staff is very nice and understanding and they care they r there for us !!!

They are very helpful and the system does work. If you are tired of being addicted to narcotics and want a way out.

I've been coming to Crossroads Treatment Center of Asheville since January 11th 2016. Seriously You will not find a better clinic. There is not one complaint that I can think of. All of the staff are great and I have the best councilor she is awesome. If you are sick and tired of doing the whole junkie thing check out Crossroads

The people here are very nice and accepting. They go above and beyond to help you in every way possible. They are encouraging and are always so welcoming. I have been coming here for almost a year now and have never had one problem.

Gotta be responsible but they hold up their end of the deal.

Great services and treatment with very friendly staff.

The wait is horrible. The lab results are always accurate. The nurse's are friendly. The counselors are highly knowledgeable and helpful, if given the opportunity to help. I just with it had a better set up and process. I went to another clinic in Michigan and, they had a big screen tv that would display the que. When your number was called, you would go around to a dosing window that was separate from the waiting room. Other than that, it's a good thing that this kind of help is available, to those who are serious about getting their life back.

Wonderful staff but long waiting.

Everyone is extremely nice and help in any way you need it. I personally want to say the nurses do a kick ass job especially since they have to deal with so many people everyday. The only downfall is the wait time on some of the day

Frank and most of the staff at crossroad has been wonderful, they helped me thru support and accountability ! I truly don't think I could have made it this far without frank working with me with my working hours but he told me if I did the right things with the program it would be very easy and comfortable to come off presciption drugs, I'm very greatful of frank Nancy and Matt for all the kindness and respect that I have been gave at Crossroad ...Anyone that needs help with anytype of problem Crossroad is the place that you can get the treatment that you deserve!! Just ask For frank to be your counselor.......DISREGARD ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS......The only time anyone rights a bad review is when they continue using pot piss drinking or drugs in general or they simply want follow the rules......THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP FROM ALL THE STAFF AT CROSSROADS......The kiosk needs tobe replaced thats very very important to alot of good clients that pay in cash everyday .. theres a clinic 3 miles from my house and if the kiosk wasn't working my first 90 days I could have stayed with crossroads due to the time of waiting in line....people that dont have job stay there all night and start getting in line at 3 and 4am .....Crazy but the kiosk allowed me to to set an exact time for me to get in and out one schedule .....new client need that kiosk im sure the docter or matt will take care of getting the kiosk if they new how much of an concern it is to the people that pay monthy byweeky or weekly....the people paying with change or pay daily are the only people that i have s
