Great place, I had a awesome therapist and I'm actually in control of my OCD and panic attacks. I received short term care and I don't really have nothing bad to say about them. They even have a pharmacy in the same building and they are very fast! Would recommend to everyone for counseling. Not sure about the other part for addiction, but what I have heard it's bad! Too many turnovers. But the therapy part is awesome
This place saved my life and I've been going there for 10 months to their groups. Their staff is nice and easy to get along with. If your suffering from addiction please get help there, you have nothing to lose.
This place has saved my life. From the Drs all the way to the front desk. I have come in a mess and the front desk had me smiling even before I saw my therapist Carol. (Such a warm heart) I transferred from her over to iop... then early recovery. Dr Gilpen has won my heart as well. Literally saved my life. The very first substance abuse DOCTOR that ever gave me a tight hug and said "WE" are gonna get through this." He took it on his self. He didn't say "well talk to your countceler." Like I have encountered other places. Warm hearts. I trust them. You can see and feel and know they all care. Some are tough love... But it's love in the end. I have and will continue to recommend Oct road to anyone struggling with life in general. Thank God so much for this place. hi they also offer free med Ssitance progems for people that dont have insurance. You just have to open up to them. Let them know what you need. They will do their best to fulfill that need.
They are a pretty good deal office and they do well for behavioral health problems
I am new to the area and needed a good team of mental and physical health care. Since my 1st call, I was given respect and empathy. empathy. As I did my assessment, I was amazed by the kindness and general helpfulness of rhe entire staff. Thank You.
Melissa has exceptional communication skills & insight when dealing with my son. I have been impressed with how she connects & makes suggestions without offending him. I am grateful for her assistance.
We have been impressed with every employee we've met. The intake person, Amanda; the physician, Dr. Rice; & team member, Melissa have all been exceptional with their communication skills. They have been thorough obtaining pertinent information & connecting with son. He has resisted going each time, but pleased afterwards. I am so thankful for the service.
They've treated me well so far. Very happy. Will leave this open for further review.
They help you out..
I love them. They have been great to me. Since being in their care I'm so much better now.
